Ratings and reviews

I have tried to log into my account for the last 5-6 months and each and every attempt has been a failure. I've called customer service twice to see if they can help me, each time being just as pointless as the last. I've tried to log in on 3 separate devices, 3 separate browsers, tried to reset my password twice and none of it works. The folks in support say they'll create a ticket to get this issue resolved, yet nothing has been done for 2 months. I will take my business elsewhere.

Never recognizes password. The app indicates that the password is incorrect every time that I use the app, forcing a reset. Every. Single. Time. But it also will not allow reuse of an old password. The same problem exists for the website. Makes the entire system completely undesireable for conducting any activity.

No Biometric login. The Biometric selection in Settings brings you to the Phone's settings, not the apps. It's the only app on my phone where biometrics never works, it always forces a user name and password entry. As far as I can see there isn't even an option to activate biometrics. The app has been through at least three iterations and has never been truly stable. Why even have a mobile app when it's easier to look it up on a PC or laptop?
