Ratings and reviews

Switched over to Pocket Casts after Google Podcasts went away. The experience is very similar, overall, I like it. However, there seems to be a bug that causes random slips forward/backward while listening, sometimes up to 15s, that are really detrimental to the listening experience. Downloading episodes seems to fix the issue, but once would hope for a more solid solution.

It was great, my favorite podcast player. Over the last month it keeps downloading podcasts wrong, so that they'll skip forward and backwards throughout. An extra ten minutes you just heard, played again, and then you lose 5 minutes later on when it skipped ahead for no reason. A shame. Addition: I have tried going through support, but it's only on forums. Many posts have been made on those about this issue, with no resolution.

a lot of things are either unintuitive or "why didn't they factor this in?" my review was very positive until i really started Trying to use it intensely, & it takes me Minutes of trying to figure something out frantically while trying to get on w/ listening. haven't updated just lately. i would move if i could find another podcast player that allows searching within podcasts as this does; that's Essential. frustrated with how unintuitive this app is in some ways, though. Developers, help!
