Ratings and reviews

There is no way to make a payment early and put Autopay on pause for a month. Other credit cards do this because it is advantageous to their customers. If I forget to turn back on autopay, I will of course get a fee if I do not pay my cc manually. I think ease of features that can prevent their customers from receiving fees says a lot about the bank. Chase doesn't make it easy... Also just started getting charged $12 per month because my direct deposit goes into another bank account. 👎

The app let's me do my basic banking tasks just fine. The user interface (UI) is very nicely done. However, they need to work on the brokerage portion within the app---market trading data isn't in real time. Change the custom stock / ETF screener back to the previous version. The new version isn't as robust as the previous version. For example, the ability to fine tune the attributes to search stock's or ETF's is gone.

Something happened during recent updates which caused this app to become unusable. I am able to log-in with no issues but after I scroll down, a loading wheel appears and the screen turns white. After a few moments the loading wheel disappears but the white screen stays. Nothing else happens no matter how long I wait. Please revert back to your older version.
