Alerts and control are a problem. When an alert goes off, whatever you are listening to will go full volume with the music and then stop the music you were listening to. This hurts my ears, annoys people around me and then I have to reset my music. PLUS, we can bolus from the app with a password but we don't have the ability to clear an alert. Most of the time, if I'm going to Mobile bolus, the pump is tucked away where I can't get to it easily but I have to so I can stop those alert problems

The app is horrible. Probably the worst app I've ever used, ever. I keep my hopes up that it will get better with time, but it keeps getting worse and buggier. It's a guarantee the app will disconnect randomly on you. Lately it will disconnect after the 1st day or so of a new sensor and then be unable to connect for the remainder of the sensor life. It has also been giving false "falling fast" alarms when glucose is steady. For a multi billion dollar company, this is pathetic & unacceptable.

I used to love this app. Now, it seems since the update, that my dexcom G7 keeps showing that it's lost the sensor. If I turn off blue tooth and turn it back on it shows as if it never missed a reading. Especially since I'm scaling back my insulin, and I work in an environment that poking my finger isn't an option, I need this to work properly.
