The app suddenly stops working. If we have to urgently send money, it's just not possible. Please do something about it. Why can't we add the banks upi in Google pay? Tried upteen times. Even went to the branch. But, the problem has not been solved as yet. Gpay shows that it has been activated but can't see the bank name added anywhere. What is the problem? Please help.

I think the app is regressing, I am not using the full version as it was for my dad who is 90 year old. All he needs is a passbook, but now this app keeps reminding him to get full access. For full access, he needs debit card, first when we go to branch, they discourage him to get debit card as seniors cannot handle it, well I can see the reason. But atleast make some things simple for seniors. Also, I cannot install this app and register from my device as it needs to send SMS.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this service. The email statement feature does not work, and the UPI login frequently fails. At times, I am unable to log in to the app altogether. Additionally, there is no option to apply for a card or set an ATM PIN within the app. Overall, the level of digitalization is extremely limited — the app appears to be useful only for viewing account balance and statements, and even the email statement functionality is non-functional.
