After switching over from a t:slim and the t:connect app, the minimed app is pretty much usesless compared to the t:connect, like the rest of the medtronic products. You can't deliver a bolus from your using the app. The app can't connect directly to the guardian 4 without the pump being present, unlike the dexcom g6 that can still be used without the pump (think physical activities where a person doesn't want to risk damaging their pump). Medtronic really needs to play catch up.

Terrible, I fought with the app and setting it up with the new 780 system. Wasted hours of my day trying to connect the app from pump to phone. After 4 hours of turning phone off and on, reconnecting the app, and checking the books for what I did wrong, I finally got it to go, as I set my phone down and moved away from it, the pump disconnected. It really shouldn't be so difficult. A company that has been around for so long, should have the bugs fixed before sending it out to the consumers.

Does not work with Android 14. Please update, as I can not use it. Worse update system ever. The second time, this app has stopped working when Android updates. The app should have data written into it, allowing the app to run on lower versions of Android versus telling you it doesn't work. Especially when on the app store, it states works for Android 8 and up. It should state works on Android 8 through Android 13. Medtronic, you need to keep up with technology.
