Can't even set up a account. there is no where to register just keeps asking for user ID and password. where the hell do you go to get one? app makes no sense

Can't set up new acct. They keep giving me log in page as tho I already have an acct. I don't.

I'm worried because I've stopped receiving reminders for my doctor's appointments. I relied on these reminders to stay on track with my care. Has something changed with the reminder system? I'd appreciate it if someone could look into this and get the reminders working again.
