The new CEO f**ked the drivers in every possible way. They take an average of 38% from drivers, removed every help option for passenger related trips, did away with all worthwhile promotions, removed all the discounts that were given the drivers such as car maintenance and phone plans, and removed the option to give feedback due to all the negative responses they were receiving because of all the heinous things that they have done. I strongly recommend everyone to use alternate services.

Please bring back the previous version asap. I'm too much worried with the New uber fleet. Coz no map . can't see to driver online. How much ride pick-up drop, from which place to which destination. I mean this app is so wrost that Ican't explain. We are humble request A A to uber kindly back to as before. Five times deleted and installed app to back same before feacher. Today install again then I read customer reviews then I know the actual problem.

This is not a end user app but for owners. Uber fails owners with uploading documents, I have load a double Disc 10x and been rejected every time, the app doesn't provide reason why documents are rejected or why. Going to offices doesn't help either as you are directed back to app. Let me not speak about Dekra scam, you take a new car and still find errors. I mean I get high standards. But on the user end I have been in Ubers and never has a the interior been to standard to what they demand
