Consistently it will show I have $0 balance when I in fact do have a balance. I need to log out and back in for it to show. Now no matter what I do it shows $0 but when I go to reload it shows I have money. Now I can only load $10 at a time. The ability to be flexible with my additions is gone. Our wash/dry is $3 per load. I want to load multiples of 3, not flat $10. Also you now have to wait 5 min between loading your balance.

My main issue currently is that the app is giving an error message "Unable to connect to machine. Try another machine." I've been receiving this error for 10 days regardless of entering machine number or scanning QR code. I've also tried all washing machines. I was successfully using the app prior to this issue, with few issues except incorrect time remaining. Apparently, the app believes we get a much longer wash cycle for 2.25 than we actually receive. Wash cycle is only 22 minutes.

The cost for a single load of laundry is $2/machine and they have no way of telling you if the door on the dryer gets opened midway through the load. I have had to restart loads multiple times (paying $2 extra each time) because of the dryer door opening in the middle of a load of laundry. They also force you to add at least $10 whenever you run out of money on the app, which feels extremely predatory as I can see no way of getting that money back if I move before using all of the money.
