OMG-trying to pay a bill should not be this hard . I downloaded the app,can't pay there , can't pay online because it keeps sending me to a different card . How are we supposed to manage this darn card?Phone call is not helpful,this is ridiculous,I guess my balance can go into collections then maybe I can actually make a payment. In addition,the phone call is not helpful at all

this app truly sucks. if you exit out of the screen to another app for any amount of time, when you go back, it's says something about wireless issues and you have to log out. I have so many phone/email verification issues as well and get locked out often due to requesting codes that I never receive.
