Not isolated but has happened a few times already - when you pay via the app, it sometimes says the transaction failed, so you repeat the payment process. You will later see that both transactions were actually successful, so you paid twice. * In response to smart UX team reply to my comment above: you are asking for too much work from my end. As it was a credit card payment, it will be time for my next month's billing before you are even able to reverse that. Take it as advance for next bill

The app gets worst every time I use this and somehow always finds a way to screw me over whenever I need it. I can't count on how many times I've ran out of load before I can access it properly, making it more annoying because it requires internet connection. At the time I'm writing this, it's also happening AGAIN, it keeps showing me Error and my load is about to expire. Screw this. If only Globe gives better speed, I'd switch in a heartbeat.

I've been paying my bills (multiple accounts) in the gigalife app. aftee the feb 2024 update, payment no longer works. i've tried every other day and still it failed. contacted support and sent screenshots. they called and told me that "that is the error of wrong otp" when in fact i never got past the otp page... we went in circles because they kept insisting that the problem was the wrong otp, not the app. 🙄
