Even though I canceled my service over 2 months ago, Boost Mobile has continued to debit. My account. I had to cancel my debit card that they were charging yet somehow they're still able to debit my bank account. I never gave Boost Mobile. My bank account number or routing number. But so far they've charged me a $188 in 40 days, and my bill normally was only $46 a month. And I just keep getting the same runaround from them. so now I get to go through the pleasure of canceling my bank

I'm not rating the app, but rhe overall service. I gave 1 star, I would give them zero if they that was an option. The connection is horrible, the speed is sleeping 😴 💤 . The only reason I'm still using boost mobile is I'm saving money to go elsewhere. Getting on Boost was a REALLY bad decision. About the data plan: I've paid the same money and got real unlimited data, without being throttled and charged for more. I'm getting out ASAP.

update. it's working in 2026, it brings you to their website to log in instead of having an in app login system which always feels sketchy. I only use it once a month or so to pay bills It just doesn't work at all. I can't even log in as it is stuck on loading. I can't log into the old app because it says I can only use the new one lol. Only way I was able to pay my bill without having to call or go to a store was using the website on my laptop with that in itself is ALSO a buggy and slow mess.
