the app constantly need updates yet it would seem the only thing I can with ease is pay my bill. I can't check out new phones because the page won't load! I can't add a feature such as extra 10 GB to my plan because it just won't do anything. I've never used a cellphone app that acts like this one. Boost, please fix it. It's getting ridiculous and sometimes I want to switch carriers.

The offer wall needs a wider variety of games because I get bored with puzzle games. Maybe more idle, survival, and rpg games. You also need to work on the reward/task completion because they aren't matching. I get the reward for the task but it either doesn't show that I completed the task or it never completely updates the required number of levels I complete for the day. Like today, I completed the 30 levels that was required and I got the 30 boost coins but it said that I only completed 26.

App barely works, unless you're paying your bill, big surprise there. Been waiting 10 min now for the Samsung A16 page to load. Tried everything, won't load. Not my service, or WIFI everything else is working as normal. Can't even upgrade on the app, even though it says you can. And according to the CS chat, they are aware of it, they just don't fix it. I wish this was the first and only time I've had issues with the app.
