Get a daily view of your digital habits:
• How frequently you use different apps
• How many notifications you receive
• How often you check your phone or unlock your device

Disconnect when you want to:
• Daily app timers let you set limits for how much you use apps.
• Bedtime mode reminds you to switch off at night, setting a schedule to fade your screen to Grayscale while Do Not Disturb silences notifications for a good night’s sleep.
• Focus mode lets you pause distracting apps with a single tap so you can better focus your time. You can also set a schedule to turn on Focus mode automatically and reduce distractions while you’re at work, school, or home.

This app, which shows up on my device as "Quickstep" has used almost 4.5 GB of my mobile data allotment the last 3 months. I only get 4.5 GB a month. the month before those months, it only used about 300 MB. I've been using the phone, overall, LESS, the last 3 months, but QUICKSTEP has quickly usurped all of my mobile data, and I need it to STOP DOING THAT. This is lifeline phone and I don't have the money to purchase Data add-ons. I need THIS APP to stop stealing all my data for the unknown!!

Don't know what this is or why I can't uninstall it. Not even an app that can be opened. Edit: It took finding the store page to find out what it is and how to access it. They hide it from you by hiding it from apps until you find and open it. Then you can "show in the apps list" which is all just to say they want this app on your phone and want to track your phone habits without you realizing it so they can sell that info to third parties. It's kind of obvious. Don't trust the declaration.

I don't know about all of you, but I dislike this app. I guess when collecting data and scanning to find to protect the device supposedly it makes the device slower. I don't need this thing to scan what I'm doing and collect data. So yeah, I don't like it. Every time I uninstalled it from every device I've had my device will be faster. They claim to want to protect you but they only making your searches slower and if you stream or play games forget about it, especially if playing for $ u loose
