The cloud-based App’s intelligent data analysis and tracking abilities makes it your perfect digital personal helper. It can even convert your data stored over time into charts and reports that can easily be shared by e-mail and multiple social media channels. On top of all that, your entire family can use the App! Renpho Health allows the user to create multiple personal profiles to keep your data separated.

Ratings and reviews

The app currently does not allow units to be changed from metric (kilograms and centimeters). This is problematic given the price of the scale and that this can only be done through the app. If this isn't resolved soon I will be sending back this, my renpho luggage scale, and renpho measuring tape. As of now I recommend not getting this scale compared to others.

EDIT: After logging out, restarting my phone, and then logging back in, my data reappeared. There is still no sync option, though, & the app isn't as user friendly as it was. Everything takes more taps to do, it seems. I used to love the app. But after changing the app, my data will not sync. I've tried the trouble-shooting steps, but can't complete them because there are no "sync" options where the chatbot says there should be. I've logged in & out a few times.

Wanted to let folks know who bought the Vont brand scale only to have the software support & company completely vanish, this app works with the scale I just downloaded it, clicked the "+", told it to look for available scales, and it found the Vont and transferred all the same information. It looks like a good app, One real nice feature is you can use the app in guest mode So you don't have to share any info, especially if you just want to confirm it's going to work.
