Jahez is platform that helps you find and order food from wherever you are. Install the mobile application, type in an address, we list the restaurants that deliver to that location, other users ratings. Base on your choice, we will deliver your food with our state of the art delivery system, you can track your meal as needed, and you will be notified once the driver is close to you.

Ratings and reviews

Had to turn off all notifications through my phone settings because there is no other way to disable promotional notifications and ads other than this. I would still like to get notifications for when my delivery is out, but not if I have to get spammed along with it too. Please add a way to be able to do this.

Very Bad customer service they still charge me even i already send message to the driver to cancel it they have access- no Option to cancel or ammend the order on the app once you click it will place order direct without any info to review your order - they will not put how much delivery charcge how long it will take. This app need to improve it seems like online force to order.

Drivers don't make sure they actually deliver to the right location/person if prepaid. They only call if you choose to pay with cash. The application does not allow to raise a complaint.
