Ratings and reviews

Customer service is a nightmare. No emails, no in-app messaging, no phone numbers anywhere. The customer support on their website leads to a 404 error. I asked to have my refund put directly in my bank account (as the app gave me the option to do so????) but instead it went into my uber wallet and charged me an extra $10 for it with no explanation.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Charged for a membership I'd never subscribed to. I requested cancellation and a refund for the incorrect charges. Neither of these things were done. I had to find and provide all the details of the payments repeatedly, for them to eventually explain that someone else had "shared" access to my payment method! Despite making several enquuries, they didn't cancel it, provide a refund or remove the unknown person from having "shared" access!!

Terrible customer service, with no way to contact the company. Seems set up to keep complaints from being heard or addressed. Very frustrating spending hours trying to find the issue of being charged for service I never requested. Eventually found out Uber set me up with monthly auto payments of $9.99 for Uber 1, which I never asked for.
