Ratings and reviews

Unacceptable! Part of my order was undelivered. That's fine, if you just give me a refund. The support people were unhelpful. I had to message 5 times before getting a refund for the missing item. But I'm still out of pocket $11.57 for the delivery/ service fee. They aren't willing to fix their mistake. Just the bare minimum remedy. Looks like it's gonna be door dash for me from now on.

The app is fine (aside from the CONSTANT popups about subscription plans) but lately every meal we have ordered has arrived very slowly (because we don't pay more for premium delivery) and the portions from all stores are smaller and included larger 'service fees' on top of the already inflated prices. if you're looking for good value, you won't find it here anymore.

Just call it "order something and not get it". so tired of ordering food and constantly having items missing. their way off resolving it is to return your money. I don't want the money I want the food. that's why I spent the money. leaves you buying either a drink by itself or food without anything to drink. constant issues, never a resolution. don't bother.
