Ratings and reviews

This app needs improvement..! The service fees could be capped so as not to be too high. Promotions that are set by Uber Eats on items from certain stores apply before checkout, but in the receipt of the order, they have been charged at full price. This has kept happening continuously and hasn't been rectified despite being reported to support many times! Support is also not easily accessible - you can't just talk to someone about any issue, there is no customer service number or online chat.

Made an account after Menulog shut down. I went to use it for the first time today (a few days later) only to be told that the account had been locked. I guess they didn't want my business. Just going to use Doordash instead. Update: After getting my account unlocked by support... they proceeded to lock it *again* less than a week later, also for no discernible reason. What an absolute joke.

Customer service was once good, but it's now shockingly unsatisfactory. I was charged a cancellation fee that was almost the same amount as my order cost, all within the first 3 minutes of cancellation, because the delivery time was 1 hour! They didn't bother to connect me to a real person. Customer service was repeating the stupid policy like a broken record. Very disappointed and switching to an alternative app.
