Ratings and reviews

They keep delaying delivery time, regardless of whether you pay for priority delivery. When trying to cancel due to a delay, they will offer a refund only for the delivery fee, not the products, and the refund is in Rappi credits. And it's pretty much impossible to contact human support directly. The app also spams useless notifications, so whenever I place an order and want to see useful notifications, I have to turn them back on and off again after the order is done.

When you buy anything you tip before the item arrives not after. It has no sense. How can I tip if I don't know if the service was ok, and there is no option to unmark the tip when buying the products. The app is not user friendly, it has lots of information, lots of items at the first page that disturb your view and also it's not easy to find the last purchases and the prices and the items of the app sometimes don't match with the place you are buying products and you have to cancel items.

The worst delivery app in the market by far. Avoid it at any cost, it'll ruin your night! On my first use the order came with half of the items missing and the only solution provided by the company was for me to return the items that had arrived and receive my money back - and that was after more than 40 minutes talking with the support with the delivery guy waiting on my door for how he should proceed. Then they gave me some credited and I decided to try it again, resulting in another awful experience. The app said everything was fine, but kept delaying the delivery time. The restaurant told me my order was read. The delivery guy said the restaurant was very late, that my order wasn't read and that he was "forced" to deliver another order after waiting more than 30 minutes. The support didn't respond to my inquiries and I had to cancel the order and Rappi CHARGED, even though their policies say that any delays over 20 minutes enable you to cancel your order without charge. And when I complain to the company, what do they do? Give me credits that can only be used in the app, instead of cancelling my credit card charge. Rappi? NEVER AGAIN! It's a sure way to have your night ruined!
