App has become less and less stable over time. I use it in a Pixel 9 - I have a smart TV and trying to use the Home app as the remote control is an exercise in frustration. The app constantly loses Wi-Fi connection and the remote stops working. In fact, it won't even load. To "fix" the problem I either wait and wait while swearing at the phone or sometimes restarting the phone sometimes works. I have a Wi-Fi booster in my house and a good strong signal. Unreliable app would not recommend.

Devices are difficult to keep connected to the Internet. About once a week my Nest display disconnects from the internet and will not reconnect even after multiple reboots of both the device and the router. it usually takes 2 to 3 days before I can reconnect and then within a week it disconnects again. frustrating. it's the only device in my home that has this issue.

It needs work, plus, it seems to be failing at basic tasks more and more. Home devices are getting confused and refuse to turn on or off the things I ask for. What used to work fine now tells me it's not connected, can't be found, or it just the wrong one. The app is unintuitive and way too many steps to make changes (if you can) and reorganizing or changing your home is an overly complicated process. It's easier just to delete it and start over.
