Ratings and reviews

Usually the app and service are reliable. But sometimes the location data can be off by a fair bit, but not consistently for the same location, by a block or more. Sometimes the driver can get a different destination (by miles). Also, for my most recent trip it auto-selected a destination and gave no option to cancel. It automatically selected a 2nd driver as the first was pulling away, and the 2nd one refused to cancel. I powered down my phone, but a 3rd driver was ordered while phone was off.

Impossible to take a ride! I wanted to take a ride from the place I was and for some fantastic reason I was just able to take the ride in their specific specific spot they wanted, asking me to move from where I was. I was carrying some bags. I don't know why they did it like this now. In the past you where able to chose a place in the map, not anymore. What an useless feature you added, very inconvenient. At this point I think it's better another options, like the regular cab.

I'm quite disappointed. I'm a regular user of the app, and the switch to AI support is absurd, a waste of time, and frustrating. The double charges from Uber One are driving me crazy; there's never a refund. And to top it all off, when there's a sale and I buy something at a supermarket, it shows a certain value, but since the products aren't there, the discount disappears, and I end up paying more. I'm fed up with all of this.
