Ratings and reviews

Usually the app and service are reliable. But sometimes the location data can be off by a fair bit, but not consistently for the same location, by a block or more. Sometimes the driver can get a different destination (by miles). Also, for my most recent trip it auto-selected a destination and gave no option to cancel. It automatically selected a 2nd driver as the first was pulling away, and the 2nd one refused to cancel. I powered down my phone, but a 3rd driver was ordered while phone was off.

Impossible to take a ride! I wanted to take a ride from the place I was and for some fantastic reason I was just able to take the ride in their specific specific spot they wanted, asking me to move from where I was. I was carrying some bags. I don't know why they did it like this now. In the past you where able to chose a place in the map, not anymore. What an useless feature you added, very inconvenient. At this point I think it's better another options, like the regular cab.

the app is really efficient, lots of great drivers who take their job seriously. the only thing that could be better is when you do the wait to save, sometimes the wait is extremely long I've had times where I choose the 4-10 minutes and then it takes the entire 10 minutes to choose a driver and the driver then takes 14 more minutes..It was hours buses were still running I could just take the bus, it would be same time & half price. the thing is youd still get a small charge if u were to cancel.
