Ratings and reviews

Usually the app and service are reliable. But sometimes the location data can be off by a fair bit, but not consistently for the same location, by a block or more. Sometimes the driver can get a different destination (by miles). Also, for my most recent trip it auto-selected a destination and gave no option to cancel. It automatically selected a 2nd driver as the first was pulling away, and the 2nd one refused to cancel. I powered down my phone, but a 3rd driver was ordered while phone was off.

Every time I order a ride to and from the same place, it costs $2 more than the last time! (after only a few days). EDIT: It just went up another $2 while I was writing this review!! Also I don't like being forced to tip. There's no option to skip the tip, literally cannot order another ride until I have chosen a nonzero amount to tip the previous driver. Uninstalling, maybe try Lyft

The estimated wait times are always off by 5 minutes. on top of that if you select priority services you always have to cancel the first ride before you actually are able to get a decent ride. Cause why am I booking priority in the morning, being told it is going to be 5 minutes wait time. Already waiting 5 minutes just to get a driver and then my wait time is almost 15 minutes, but the moment I cancel and book another driver the wait time goes down to 3 minutes.
