The app uses full-screen notifications to display incoming Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls between riders and drivers, allowing users to quickly accept or decline and communicate in real time during trips.

Ratings and reviews

New update to my post after one year. The app became worse. Now it's showing that you are waiting for an order online, but in reality, you are not getting offers. After restarting the app, it turns out you're offline. If you're going to send the app offline in the future, just add a decline button. If a driver presses it, it means they are here and waiting for better offers, and don't send them offline.

Horribly inaccurate GPS! Lots of glitches. The app often sends us to back lanes, when the delivery is intended for the front door! The app keeps telling us to go the wrong way and falsely states that roads are closed, when they are in fact, open. Impossible to contact second and third customers on multiple orders, until the previous deliveries have been made! Impossible for drivers to rate rude customers or merchants!

Constant updates but not a single improvement!! GPS tells me to make turns into a one way street (oncoming traffic) and places with "no turns" signs. I can no longer see the destination until I'm on the street so I can't get a heads up instead of passing it. The acceptance rate: We shouldn't be penalized for declined trips/ deliveries that we didn't pysically decline. If we let the timer run out it shouldn't count. A lot of time we're driving and it's hard to read the small print and drive.
