Apart from paying more than double the trip's worth to get a driver who won't even turn their AC on in the middle of summer. I've disputed cancellation fees before and it worked like a charm. Now, I'm being forced to pay 130 pounds as "outstanding balance" from a trip that showed 370 and I paid 400.
