Get a daily view of your digital habits:
• How frequently you use different apps
• How many notifications you receive
• How often you check your phone or unlock your device

Disconnect when you want to:
• Daily app timers let you set limits for how much you use apps.
• Bedtime mode reminds you to switch off at night, setting a schedule to fade your screen to Grayscale while Do Not Disturb silences notifications for a good night’s sleep.
• Focus mode lets you pause distracting apps with a single tap so you can better focus your time. You can also set a schedule to turn on Focus mode automatically and reduce distractions while you’re at work, school, or home.

The Google Play Store says 10bn+ Downloads. However, this is a false amount, as the App is forced onto your phone and it cannot be uninstalled. Therefore, giving the illusion of a large volume of people downloading the App, which is certainly not the case. I do not use this App and have turned off several times consent and permissions, however, the App appears to automatically turn on again permissions and it records your activities... not good! This needs to have an uninstall availability.

Unnecessary for my needs. I'll be disabling this via Tasker as the OS won't let me. I'm sure some find value in the app but (again, Tasker) if the phone is plugged in after 10pm GPS, wifi, NFC etc turn off, volumes are reduced or off and it loads the clock app after announcing the next alarm. Best of all, I can change what I want. Anyway, I'm disabling it, it's not needed.

This was not pre installed on my device as the app claims in settings, it just appeared on my phone recently, not sure if it was stealthily added through automatic updates. I've had my phone for a year, I would've noticed it before! You cannot uninstall, only gives option to disable, so intrusive, waste of memory space on my phone. Not happy, not something I need, just another way for Google to collect data. Would like an update with option to remove from device!
