Ratings and reviews

The app is very disappointing. It shows you one amount at the time of booking and suddenly the price is increased at the time of completion. When you try to raise the concern, they just put the "Uber cash" in your wallet. There is no customer service interaction. When you pay, you pay in your actual money and when they return the excess they charge you it's in their useless app currency which is stuck in the app forever and this is despite taking the UberOne membership!

Absolutely ridiculous and misleading! The app showed one price at the time of booking, but after completing the booking, the final price was suddenly increased. If the price is going to change, it should be clearly shown BEFORE the booking is confirmed—not after. This kind of pricing is extremely frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the app. Very disappointing experience!

I've never seen any worse app than this.It it has so many technical glitches that you will never gonna understand whether it is true or not.I have just booked a ride for some ten to twenty rupees for a minimum distance and when I reach there, the driver took 5 times extra because on his side, it was showing the different price, and when I reached Uber customer support, they did nothing. And even after that, they charge me ₹5 extra for the cancellation fee for another ride.
