Ratings and reviews

The offer is consistent and the pricing is reasonable. These are the ups. Beside this, the order tracking is unreliable and the support is simply not answering. The company looks not interested about their clients and problems encountered with the service they provide. The last one? I paid, waited over 1 hour for the delivery. The order was not delivered and the support ignored my messages. It seems impossible being refunded.

The more you use the app, the more you are being punished with prices. It's a very interesting approach from Bolt to make their service more expensive to their loyal customers (I tested it and the increase in price for the same order between a person who barely orders once each 2-3 months and me, who USED TO order once or twice per month, was 25 eur for the 1st and 50 eur! for me. I don't know if there was any update of the app, but if you don't pay for priority delivery (new option), the orders take hours to arrive. The couriers are just not heading towards the restaurant. It happened to me 3 times and I had to contact the support each time to finally get my order. I still got no answer regarding the reason why this happens. It is really frustrating and I will not use this app anymore.
