An 18min drive turned into 1hr nightmare! The driver couldn't find the pick up spot, after waiting and arguing in the chat for a while I had to call him and navigate him over the app to a place I don't really know either. I was charged extra because the trip was delayed and after many attempts to connect with customer support in the end I didn't even get a full refund. 🤮

Terrible support. With Bolt, their technical issues become YOUR problem. EDIT: I see the reply, and let me tell you, you are NOT focused on getting this sorted. I tried opening a new ticket, but the outcome is unchanged. Your scooter geofencing failed and the entire city core suddenly became a no go zone. I had no way of stopping the ride. I got charged the maximum amount possible. But only got refunded half! My ride lasted 5 minutes before I had to abandon. Ridiculous

Extremely unreliable. Drivers cancel, or delay pick up times and then cancel (which is worse). Drivers can claim to be at the pick up point on the app, when the map show they clearly aren't (they'll be 5 minutes away and still claim to be at the pick up point, try and make you walk to them, and then cancel when you're obviously not there). It doesn't matter how much time you give them, they will screw you over. Choose anything else. Trains, buses, Uber, literally anything is better.
