Ratings and reviews

I have had this app for a very long time. usually issues are resolved super quickly and painlessly (with missing packages) and packages are delivered quickly. I'd give it 5 stars for that. I'm a long time member. my biggest issue is that its near IMPOSSIBLE to contact a seller if you need something. Amazon could make this an easier process.

Absolutely hate the new Alexa feature and the fact that you can't turn it off. I don't have Alexa, I don't use Alexa and I don't need an AI to explain to me the items I am searching for. Amazon as a whole is going downhill fast.

The app just shows the same products over and over again, and constantly "freezes up," except it... doesn't, it just won't let me select half the options of a product. Like it seriously, right now it will only let me select half the pattern options for a dress I'm looking at, and no, the other options aren't sold out it just won't load them. But it will the other half. I'm so annoyed that a billion dollar company can't make an app that will let me look at WHAT THEY'RE SELLING.
