Extremely disappointed with Google Pay. I invited a friend, they followed the process, but the app marked them as 'Ineligible for referral offer' for no valid reason. It seems like a scam to get new users without actually paying the rewards they promise. Customer support is useless and gives automated replies. Don't waste your time inviting people here; they will just find an excuse to fail your reward. Total waste of effort!"

It is hard to identify the gold purchase option in GPay. I wanted to navigate to the Gold Locker, but it is not easy to find. I was not aware that this feature was available in GPay until I came across some investment suggestions. In other apps like PhonePe and CRED, the gold option is clearly visible on the main screen, making it easy for users to discover and use the feature. I hope this feature will be made more accessible in the next release.

I moved to Germany....it was working fine for almost 1 year in Germany. From past 1 month I'm unable to make any transactions but I can get money through others. It's also showing that the present app version is not available in Germany. The app is having the updated version too.Kindly check and resolve the issue. Thank you.
