I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

I've been a Google user for 15+ years, and this is the worst experience I've had ever. I don't mean the product, but the customer service (sigh). I am having an unknown issue while trying to pay and extend my subscription. My account is basically locked, and no one can address the issue or offer an alternative solution, or redirect me to someone. Worst thing is, this happened during I switch to a new device, so that all my files are in the cloud now, and I need to download everything back again.

unfortunately bad service, it looks like a spider web, if it catch you will not release :) , I guess the target to force a user to make a purchase, that's my personal review . If you synced your photo and after you decided to delete them (because of free capacity limit) the program deletes your photos from your own device also !!! what kind of thing is that, neither intellect nor logic accept this! When you try to bring the photos back from the drive or trash you facing a lot of obstacles and restrictions, in short, Finally I saved myself and my memories !!!
