Quite a poorly designed app, even simple thing as forgot password doesn't work at all, you will not receive the temporary ID and password and you must call the customer service just to get it. Since 2024 it's been like that and I'm using the latest android version so it's impossible that it's my phone that's the issue, it's your application itself. Appreciate if the team could expedite the fix, quite a nuisance for customers.

Changing device for this app is a nightmare. All calls for temporary pins were directed to automated bots & the pin they generated gave me errors instead. There aren't any ways to reach a human staff at all. Everything require the key from this app. My entire account feels like it went on a lockdown just because the app was unusable. Cost me RM24 to grab back and forth from home to physical branch just to change device. You guys should pay me back instead for the hassle you caused me.

the most horrific app experience of any bank apps I have ever encountered. Even the most crucial and necessary functions are missing from the app. Data it shows is misleading. downloading reports is not possible. STAY AWAY. edit: NO. I will not be going to facebook to give feedback. Unofficial social media is NOT a channel for official bank feedback.
