Can't log in to my account quite many times over the past years and each time it will always prompt me saying password is wrong (I'm sure I got it correct). I have to reset everything again but will still face the same problem frequently. In fact, it happened again twice this week! It is so frustrating and when I tried to call the hotline, there are many instructions to listen to etc, before I can even get to speak to someone (after waiting on the line for a long time too).

Recently there have been good amount of changes carried out which makes this app very useful. Especially the integration with wealth app was amazing. However it takes more than 2 to 3 days for the balance to be updated for the trades made. Even if it is based eodnbased update, it is difficult to fathom why it takes more than 3 days to get the right balance on the settlement account. Sooner this is corrected, better for this app.

App is unusable. SCB smartly added trackers that are blocked by common DNS filters, and their error handling is simply to close the app even though the connection is sufficient to load all the essential features (account balances and all are visible). Top notch dev work.
