This app is helpful for me for communication with my counselor, however, it does not give alerts every time when I get a new message. It alerts randomly. What's the point if your waiting for a response and you never get the alert that you have a new unread message?? I have this app on both my phones, work iPhone and personal android. It's not a phone or setting problem, it's an app problem. NEED TO FIX. We don't need something making more stress!!!

i can't send messages to anyone through it. the spot that has messages, where i have to tap on the message area to bring up my keyboard is COVERED by my phones 3 control buttons that are permanent at the bottom of the screen! I'm supposed to message my counselor daily but i can't!!! what kind of joke is this? only iphone users matter to your app? how could you overlook the fact that a portion of your users cannot use an important part of your app?

Recovery Connect is a great way to stay in touch with Your Counselor and CMS. You can customize some of it to fit issues that you want help with. I use it twice a day, sometimes more. It's a great way to vent or just share your thoughts. Easy to understand and navigate.
