This app is helpful for me for communication with my counselor, however, it does not give alerts every time when I get a new message. It alerts randomly. What's the point if your waiting for a response and you never get the alert that you have a new unread message?? I have this app on both my phones, work iPhone and personal android. It's not a phone or setting problem, it's an app problem. NEED TO FIX. We don't need something making more stress!!!

wow hands down best app ever for clinics and sobriety its easy to use very friendly 👌 they aren't over bearing but asks real questions you put in contact with the provider in real time aswell as nurses and counselors this app is a total game changer in the field I applaud the maker of this app for putting the customer 1st and allows the clinic to be more accessible to the patient 👏 👍 there hasn't been any bugs or issues ill tell all my friends about this in sobriety

I recommend this app for anyone serious about getting clean. just install it and try it out and you won't be sorry...if u don't like it you can always delete it. But it's helped me tremendously.
