I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

After the last update, the app needs activation, and if i try to activate the error , it requires me to visit any branch for activation. At the branch, they tell you that you must have a debit card. Why must I have a debit card for me to operate the app hence I am operating a business account.

You guys need to work on this app. I can't send money to airtle money as it keeps reversing it. I cant pay using lipa na mpesa using the app . it needs so much work try working on making the app more user-friendly
