Ratings and reviews

The app was working great until about a week ago. Now, it constantly prompts for biometric login but just loops without letting me log in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains. This has made it impossible to access my account. Please fix this bug ASAP! Otherwise, it was a helpful app when it worked properly

Takes biometric login once then prompts for password on next login. 7/29/24 Biometric login still not working. My AEP bill just went up again. You would think they could pay a developer to design a working app with all the cash they're pulling in.

My power goes out tomorrow and my phone doesn't work. I can not reach a single person to help. But hey, in ohio you only have 1 choice for power
