Ratings and reviews

This app is not really user friendly but somewhat convoluted and tricky at times to navigate. Basic items like checking balance is okay with no problems but, it is very slow to update after card transactions have taken place. Also, and this is a real NO NO! The Bank asks for your PIN to carry out certain functions. Unbelievable. This must never happen as one's PIN is secret and even the bank is NOT entitled to know. I have changed my PIN due to this. Edit. Sorry, do not use Facebook or X.

@SA. I did exactly that (i.e. turn off notifications under settings) and it didn't help. In fact I've turned off everything under settings. Still! FYI that promo flyer has been interfering with the menu since it was put up. I figured out a way around it. But since your upgrade this past weekend, the flyer is now permanently stuck on the menu and there is now way of getting around it. Help ASAP!

It's quite surprising some reviewers are outlining unpleasant experiences with the SC Mobile App. I have used this app for almost two years and cannot recall any unpleasant experience(s). It has served me successfully and saved me valuable time and money as well as the needless inconvenience of driving to the bank to join long queues. Overall, the app is great, hence my 5 star rating.
