Latest update killed the former app. I now have to use this obtuse interface. Actual current temp and humidity are small and hard to find while the Setpoints are large. Menus are makes it hard to find the information you want. Some of the values are in gray font making it difficult to read. The energy usage info is limited and can only see detail for last 2 days. It is hard to believe that these products can keep getting worse but they seem to find a way..

Kicked me out of the app after many months of it working fine. Can't sign back in. Says my email is no longer registered. Try to create an account with said email, and it just errors out with message "something went wrong" or "[object Object]". super buggy. Shoddy work from the development team. This should've never went to prod. Whatever you paid them, get a refund.

I've experienced all of the issues that the other users have previously mentioned. My new Carrier Infinity system was installed on Friday, Oct 17. The variable heat pump won't stop running for a while even after the set point has been reached. Today, after modifying the schedule by adding the "Away" comfort profile, I am no longer able to access anything via the Smart Home app - the message "Oops! Something Went Wrong!" is displayed every time I open the app. It's not a great first impression!
