If I go into the guided schedule on the application and set up different temperature for different times of the day at different times. It just copies the temperature and will not let me do that. Update 2021, this app gets worse and worse. So I had to take it from a three down to one. It will not even let me log in... Been having this problem for weeks and they still haven't done anything about it. update 2026. still can't scroll down to save profiles. they don't listen to customers about issues

UPDATE: Whatever "bug fix" that was applied on December 3, 2025 has brought me right back to logging in EVERY TIME. Even if i close it for 2 seconds! For the love of all that is holy, please make an option to SAVE MY LOGIN. I'm sick of this whole interface. Logs me out CONSTANTLY and can't get it to save login information. So sick of having to log in every time I want to change the temp one degree.

Less than useless: A time waster. Requires a 4-digit code that "can be found during installation." That would be great for the former owner of the house. Does me no good at all. Where else is the code? Impossible to say, since the font on the message is huge and not scalable and further information is cut off and not scrollable. Hence, go away. Okay, will do.
