I want to like this app but truly, it sucks. It's a terrible app with recurring technical issues. I like having my loyalty card on my phone, but that's it. The auto-refresh on the extra care coupons is maddening, because it's impossible to scroll through the entire list. App updated 6/8/24, now doesn't even open. Hire some actual programmers!

The app is marginally helpfull. It is not well integrated with the rest of the systems, which are bad to start with. For example, you cannot see messages they sent you by text. If you have multiple prescriptions sent in, you get multiple texts asking for a response. You are unable to respond because the system cannot figure out which text you are responding to. A simple message function in the app could eliminate the need to use the useless CVS automated phone and wait for a return call.

Have a Samsung phone now and the app had no issues showing my everything and it works for me 99.9% of the time. I like that I can clip my coupons and load them to the card and check my Rx and check out and everything from the app. What I don't like is I'll be scrolling through deals and it resets the search the whole page and if click an offer and go back often times I have to start at the top again which is really annoying. The view prescriptions is hit or miss to work
