Good concept, but a lot of downsides. If the app has the road, you're going to it will get you on the road but rarely near the house. If the app doesn't have the road, it will put the pin near South Africa. The old dispatch had a way to add a pin on deliveries that did not appear on the map or for new roads. You call someone on the app, and they call back your phone will ring, but you can't answer. Can't send/receive text in the app really hard for customers that are hearing impaired.

This app is horrible! I never use it for getting to an address. Halfway through my shift it will freeze and says I have no tips and no deliveries. It never logs me out at the end of my shift. I have to restart my phone. If you enter a credit card tip it will not transfer to the computer like it used to. I lost so much money til realizing this! This app sucks!!!!!

Addresses never pull up accurately, it just takes you to a range instead of a specific address. The phone mechanism opens in the app instead of opening your phone app, making an impossible to receive calls back from customers. The safe mode makes it impossible to look at customer information to be able to call in route when taking multiple deliveries. Please fix all this!
