No seriously, this app sucks. If I wasn't forced to use this by the company, I wouldn't. It's absolute trash. It doesn't properly track runs, doesn't track tips, the GPS actively sabotages you, and the call feature? Hope you like your phone being eternally stuck dialing a number and then redialing it every time you hang up.

Mediocre at best. Management is getting into my case saying I'm not using the app when I am every single delivery. Something about this app isn't tracking my location in background reliably like it should, despite all permissions enabled. Life 360 works fine in background any time, so it's not the phone. It also tends to tell me I have no orders dispatched when it auto refreshes. EDIT: now it doesn't even open. Dont know what Dev team they're using but it must be the lowest bidder.

absolutely terrible. doesn't work for half of my co-workers. sometimes it works for others halfway through their shift and it stops working. does weird things like randomly say someone was driving 70 miles an hour or braked hard for no reason. My franchise adopted the system said if anybody gets below an 80 they can lose their job. we have also been told for the last 3 months we have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single day for it to work properly. spoiler alert doesn't help
