It's OK but there's a lot of room for improvement. For example, location pins are buggy. The staff get confused by it, too. You can't change your profile details intuitively. Also, why is the "sign out" button right under the options button? That's poor design there. The number of times I accidentally logged out.... But otherwise, good team so I can call and get fast feedback. But the app.... Hm. It can be better.

Very bad app. It doesn't recognize your address properly after spending 10 minutes to fill the fields and the tracking doesn't work at all. We waited 40 min for the order and when it said it was delivered it wasn't. Upon calling the phone number indicated we were informed they didn't even know our address. Another issue is the amount for the change that you cannot input the amount you want. If they cannot provide a decent app, they should use third party apps for delivery.

after a certain hour it stops letting me order on the app way before the store actually closes and there's nothing saying they stop deliveries or online orders but this has happened to me several times and it's rather annoying because then I have to figure out something else for food
