I went to go there and use the app and I pulled up an offer that they had advertised and when I wanted to redeem it in the restaurant, no QR code showed up or a 6-digit number. Everything showed up but that. And I'm not the only one who has this problem. My friend pulled it up on their app and it didn't work as well. It's been like this for weeks now and no fixing of the app

There's no option or way to cancel an order. I lost an entire order of BK points because the app defaulted to another pickup location as I ordered. There was no option in the app or customer service chat to cancel the order. I even called the store which was 2 hours away and they could not cancel it.

no texhnical support. orders arrive cold. no option to speak to a human. no response from help button. no quality control. driver takes 35-50 minutes to deliver from 7 minutes away. drinks are incorrect. items missing. I suggest using a different restaurant that has customer service. thanks for the response. I tried. they never responded. more evidence the 1 star rating is deserved.
