Ratings and reviews

Good in theory but my biggest complaint is everything is automated if you have an issue. I would increase my rating if there was phone number to call to reach an actual person. I was also recently recharged for two rentals from the beginning of the year that had already been paid and closed. Not sure if that was due to their app transition. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have billing in 1/4 or at least 1/2 hour increments vs only hour increments.

Very bad experience. Ordered a rental 2 days before I needed it. Suddenly, two days later just 2 hours before the time I need it, I receive an email that says my automobile was cancelled with my permission which was a huge lie. Reached out to chat bot and customer support. Nobody answers or picks up. Never again!!! Worst people. I had rented with them once before and that was a terrible experience too because the car was barely functional and every step was simply heavily inconvenient. Worst.

Very useful hourly van hire service and available all the time as it is done through the app. Signing up is a little involved but worth persevering with. The app works well when driving apart from having to reconnect with the vehicle seemingly every time I used it.
