About this app

Health and wellbeing services for you and your family
Sehhaty is a national health platform provided by the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, aligned with the Kingdom's vision to enhance access to healthcare, improve service quality, and promote health awareness in the community.
As the National Population Health Platform, Sehhaty offers a comprehensive ecosystem that connects over 24 million users — citizens and residents — with their personal health data and a wide range of digital health services.
The platform empowers individuals to access their medical records, receive telemedicine services, and engage in healthy lifestyle initiatives that support overall wellbeing, fitness, and preventive care. It captures and visualizes vital health indicators, including steps, calories burned, sleep quality, blood pressure, and other biometrics to encourage proactive health management.
As part of the Ministry's integration strategy, multiple health applications have been unified within Sehhaty, including Mawid, Tetamman, Sehha App, RSD, and the insurance card from the Council of Health Insurance. Work is ongoing to integrate more health services into a single, seamless experience.

COVID-19 Vaccinations: More than 51 million doses administered
Doctor Appointments: 3.8+ million booked (in-person & virtual)
Medical Reports: 9.5+ million sick leave reports issued
Real-Time Consultation: 1.5+ million consultations completed
Lifestyle & Fitness Campaigns: 2+ million participants in the national walking campaign, and over 700,000 enrolled in the Know Your Numbers initiative to track health metrics like blood pressure, glucose, and BMI

I had a virtual appointment and it didn't go well, when joining the appt and message given Dr. has joined the app wouldn't continue in the chat box after typing a message it took back to the home page and I couldn't get back to the join page. I clicked my appointments and it said the appointment has started.....without being able to rejoin.

Customer service got in touch with me and solved the problem i was having. I also informed them about a bug in the app which i hope the developers fix.

1-i booked an appointment for teethes issue from 1 month after i arrived thay told me that the machines not working! 2-i take a quick consult through the app then the doctor request a picture and i send it in the conversation but i think the doctor don't know how to use the app and she told me that I did receive an image but i send it as image and as a file !
