Ratings and reviews

Having the same issue as several other people. I have two inactive plans and one active plan. When I first login, it takes me to a page to select which plan I want to see, except it doesn't let me choose any of them. The loading bar just keeps spinning. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app constantly in order to be able to log in.

There are very few things you can expect out of this app. You can see your reward balance and health plan true. As for the rest, it's like trying to navigate through a summertime corn maze. Most menu items lead to dead ends. The website (UHC. com) is the better choice. You can expect to actually get things done there. Whoever designed this app needs a few more semesters of tech school.

This new app is terrible. You have to constantly install/uninstall to get it to work. Been fighting to get my address and info corrected. It's been a nightmare since these new changes took effect! No one seems to want or know how to fix it! For those having trouble with the activities/rewards portion syncing with your tech you can log your activity in manually to get your rewards for the month. It's what I've been doing to get my rewards because it GLITCHES!
