Plainly, this app just doesn't work. Just like their mobile site, it's garbage. None of the drop-down menus to "Select member" work, so I can't access anything because I can't select the member I want to access it for. This is no surprise to me, though, because the website has always been a mess and currently, it takes me into an infinite redirect loop when I sign in. What a disaster and a shame...it's infuriating to know the chunk we pay for insurance got blown on this.

I physically am unable to login or open the app due to needing to verify age through Google play. Even though my age is verified on my Google account, I cannot verify my age in the way the app requires. There is an error, likely because Google play has had an update and removed the page where the app wants you to verify your age. Instead of programming it so that those with Android 13 or earlier can access this software, they simply state it will only work with Android 14 or later. Pathetic

UHC has been very difficult to work with as an insured, especially with both UHCSR and UHC's private dental plan. The app has unfortunately not made it much easier. Even saving my insurance card so I'd have a quick way to find it on the spot was a hassle. I often resorted to using the website, and then just saved it on a shared drive. Recently this app started refusing to open because I have root access to my own phone. The website still gives me access, so the app is useless.
