There's really nothing useful about this app except for the check in option. But you can just give ur number to the person in the stores. Sane with ordering in advance. Nothing else in the app works, it doesn't keep track of your past orders or anything. For 3 weeks my pointewerent generating and there was nothing in the app to show my transactions as it should.

I have tried for 6 years to reset password and tried on the web page too. I've lost a whole lot of rewards because I can't login to the app or website.

Did an online order for pick up @ 7:26. But when I arrived it was dark and the door was locked. Store hours say they open @ 7. I understand workforce shortages but maybe there is a way to turn off online ordering when the store is not open. I've called a few times and no answer & mailbox full. I hope it's not a hassle to get my money back. Sucks because it was my 1st time trying it out
