To use the Ralphs app, you'll need a Ralphs digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

This app is completely unusable and gets worse with every update. The weekly ads don't show up and are constantly outdated. To make matters worse, the digital coupons always fail to load. There's been dozens of times I'll go to the store and would need to call the manager because the app failed to load the digital coupons. Even the store employees agree that this app is complete garbage. It's beyond frustrating! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Your dev team needs to get their act together!

App used to work several months ago but over time, it fails to properly sync with the web version...parts of the app do sync but the shopping lists do not.. some items sync, others do not... clipped coupons are deeply hidden behind multiple windows. Removal of completed list items doesn't work properly. The app also lists the wrong number of items on the "icon"...The new interface (10/16) j is even more complicated than b4. Basically a pain to use, navigate and needs major debugging.

They just released a new version of the app that makes it harder to find things. Took me ten minutes to find my order history because they hid it in a carousel that you have to swipe through to know what's in it. Used to be right on the home screen. That's the main way I add things to the cart. Hopefully they've fixed the problem of multiple devices being logged into the same account and the cart going out of sync between them. We'll see if they fixed that I guess.
