It's been a little over a year and same phone not connecting Bluetooth regularly. Had pro help but still has problem. VERY frustrating and a Pain!!! *************** 1st rating: The difference With vs Without the app is big noticeable B+. Changes WITH the Signia App vs NEVER -Before-use, surprised me. Before this app I always had an unrecognized tension about social interchanges. Now it's more positive & successful. I look at their eyes to catch expression; voice tone is clearer.

Usually works. Every now & again, it freezes, no idea why. I gave up, uninstalled & reinstalled on phone. Working fine now. The teleconnect to sound systems doesn't always work. Even when the venue has the ear / hearing aids symbol. I suspect that has as much to do with the venue as this app. But, the choices it gives, the support with the assistant (also not always great but usually good) makes it a really good app.

Hi Bill, if the app freezes in the future, you may want to try force closing the app or restarting the phone before resorting to reinstalling the app. The induction loop hearing program simply activates the telecoil inside the hearing aids, so any connection thereafter with a venue is dependent on that venue's loop and audio system.

When I first used this app, I was able to switch programs. Overnight one night, that ability vanished. The base and treble settings are a joke, but it does nothing either way. I have cros aid in the left ear. You can't turn up just the left that feeds sound to the right, it really is disappointing, to say the least. Signia, you can do better.

Hi Kathryn, individual side controls depends on the type of connection the hearing aids have with the app. If you've lost your programs, it sounds like the app was reset at some point and no longer connecting via Bluetooth.
