With ČSOB Smart you have the whole bank and insurance company in your mobile.

6. It allows you to easily arrange a loan, savings, investments, travel insurance and other products.
7. Here you may manage your insurance contracts, report an insurance event and monitor its handling progress. You can also find here your insurance documents, such as your Green Card.

Ratings and reviews

The very basic features like sending money or managing debit cards work, but other than that the app is full of useless bloat and spam. I use only about 10% of the landing page after signing in, rest is just ads. App regularly spams with useless Kate AI and discount coin notifications. Features that I would like are very barebones or nowhere to be found - e.g. account balance chart can only show last 30 days and doesn't show separation by expense category.

The BT activation of SmartKey on new phone via already registered SK again doesn't work. Selfie option not possible for someone without a Czech ID card. No chance going to branch as I'm overseas. Why not allow simple push activation through active SK like many other banks do? Edit: I know what activation types you offer, but the website option has been removed, which leaves only BT via another active SK. Which didn't work last year, then it did, but now it's 'connection failed' again every time.

Excellent app. I have other accounts. CSOB is the best by far.

What’s new
