This app is terrible. I can't update my phone number. every time I have, it reverts to the old one or if I go in the store, my extra care # doesn't work. I've called CVS, troubleshooting the issue and have gotten nowhere. This is only the beginning of a long list of issues. The app gets stuck and just blinks which causes me not to be able to click on anything I have to close the app and start over. I've deleted it and reinstalled it which did not fix the problem. Very frustrating

The app has been working until now. I can't open any rewards showing only what is available on the card right now, neither I'm not able to open and look any deals. I'm using Android Samsung S24+ and all apps updated. App is useless now. I would give zero stars if possible. Update 3/28: installed app again, used once and rewards worked. 2 days later the same issue, can't open the rewards. I spoke with CVS IT dep and was told it's known issue with Android users that they try to fix.

I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!
